Parentoh is a national platform connecting parents to autism-friendly places, services, and events. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes or as permitted under your subscription or registration.

Interfere with the operation of the Platform or misuse any features
2. Account Registration
Certain features, such as submitting listings, reviews, or event information, require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
3. Listings and Event Submissions
All listings (Places, Services) and events submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You may include contact information, descriptions, images, videos, and tags.
Distance Display: Listings and events may display distance in miles from the user’s location.
Parentoh reserves the right to remove or edit listings/events that violate our policies or contain false information.
4. Reviews
Users may submit written reviews and star ratings (1–5). Reviews must be truthful and relevant to the listing or event. Parentoh moderates reviews and reserves the right to remove inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
5. Paid Listings and Promotions
Users may pay to promote listings or events via Stripe/WooCommerce Payments. Paid/promoted listings receive a badge and higher placement in search results and category pages. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Admins can manually toggle promoted status or approve paid submissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, designs, images, text, and software) is owned by Parentoh or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission. User-submitted content (images, videos, reviews) grants Parentoh a non-exclusive license to display on the Platform.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link]. Parentoh collects, stores, and uses personal data for account management, listings, promotions, and improving services.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Parentoh may include links to third-party websites, affiliate services, or embedded media. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
